ServiceNow Developer Washington, DC (onsite) Pay From: $120,000 per year MUST: Active DoW Secret or Top Secret Clearance 4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and ServiceNow Scripting Strong experience with ServiceNow models for ITSM, CMDB and Service Catalog Experience implementing ServiceNow in a new deployment or major re-implementation Experience designing workflows, automation, and service catalog structures Experience with systems integration (REST/SOAP APIs) Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure Federal environments Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) certification are strongly desired Bachelor's Degree or 8 additional years of experience DUTIES: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance Maintain documentation and support end users as needed Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning Assist in release management and deployment activities Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
