Job OverviewThis role supports State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) business sales by leveraging technical expertise to design and present solutions that address public sector business and mission-driven challenges. It involves consulting on customer opportunities within government and education environments, developing tailored solutions, and providing technical support during sales engagements. The role requires maintaining specialist knowledge of cloud-based value-added solutions aligned to public sector compliance and security standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product and market insights. Success is measured by the ability to effectively support SLED sales processes, maintain technical certifications, and contribute to customer satisfaction within regulated environments. The work impacts the organization by enabling informed sales strategies and enhancing customer experiences through technical consultation and solution design for public sector customers.
