Role Summary

This is a hybrid role that provides hands-on experience across two core functions withinPlanning and Operations:Program ManagementandProcess Optimization. The role is designed for a curious, analytical learner interested in how strategy is translated into execution and how operational efficiency is achieved at scale.

During the Program Management rotation, the intern will support assigned initiatives by bringing structure to planning, tracking, and coordination-helping translate strategic priorities into executable plans and timelines. During the Process Optimization rotation, the intern will focus on identifying workflow inefficiencies and improving interaction models to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness.

What You'll Do

Program Management Rotation:

  • Support the planning and execution of initiatives by maintaining timelines, milestones, and documentation
  • Assist in translating strategic goals into actionable plans and deliverables
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate issues as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support alignment and execution
  • Observe and support governance, reporting, and operational rhythms

Process Optimization Rotation

  • Document current-state workflows and interaction models
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or opportunities for improvement
  • Support analysis of processes, handoffs, and decision points
  • Assist in developing recommendations to streamline operations
  • Help document future-state processes and improvement outcomes

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with interest in process improvement and operational effectiveness
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how organizations operate and improve
