Pay Rate : $20.33+ $5.09 (Health and Welfare) per hour Job Summary The work hours for this position are primarily 7:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri, but occasional weekend and after hour work is required. Responsible for performing Lead Floor Care Specialist duties, minor maintenance, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the floors are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The majority of the daily activities will be hands-on working.Responsible for obtaining the required security clearances. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The incumbent works on a daily basis with dangerous and toxic cleaning products that can be very harmful to ones health if not properly utilized. The incumbent also regularly cleans up blood, saliva and other bodily fluids that are unpleasant to deal with. The condition of washrooms is often unpleasant.
