Packager Responsibilities: - Depending on the position within the normal rotation, must be able to perform a number of varied tasks associated with the packaging of food products - Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed in accordance with general line production speed - Packaging various food products, packaging pallets and operating a tape gun and stretch wrap dispenser to prepare orders for shipment - Follow all company guidelines, rules, safety, and GMP policies and procedures - Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement - Maintain a clean and orderly work area - Continuously monitor product for quality issues Requirements For Packager: - Must be able to lift, carry, handle, grip product that weighs between 25-50 lbs. frequently - Must be able to push/pull merchandise weighing between 25-50 lbs. on an occasional basis either by hand or by operating a pallet jack - Must be able to stand for 8 hr. shift, and also walk, bend, stoop, and twist on a repetitive basis Janesville@qpsemployment.com IND028 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
