Fort Bragg, NC Summary:
ATS is looking for a qualifiedPAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer to support the Special Operations Mission Training Center Facilityat Fort Bragg, NC. Job Duties: Plan, collect, analyze, and integrate Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Publicly Available Information (PAI) into SOMTC training scenarios, replicating realistic digital operational environments that support Special Operations Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX). Develop and deliver instructional programs and training modules focused on OSINT/PAI exploitation, digital-domain research, and operational intelligence integration for SOF training audiences. Design and implement digital injects and simulated online ecosystems, including social media, web platforms, and influence activities, to replicate adversary behaviors and operational intelligence challenges within exercise environments. Provide subject matter expertise to exercise planners and leadership on the operational application of OSINT/PAI technologies, ensuring alignment with SOF doctrine, mission command processes, and real-world digital threat conditions. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum Education Requirement: Associate degree. Six years of related military experience may substitute for academic degree. * Minimum Special Skills/Qualifications: Graduate from one of the following U.S. military Basic/and or Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, First Sergeant Course or Sergeants Major Course. Expert knowledge of gathering Open-Source Intelligence and Publicly Available Information (OSINT/PAI). Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI and related technologies into Operational Intelligence for planning, analysis, and exercise effects. Expert knowledge of developing instruction programs or training modules. * Minimal Background/Experience Required: Assignment to Special Operations Forces (Special Forces, Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Special Mission units), or assignment to Military Intelligence. (Equivalent assignments within other Department of War military branches apply). Have a minimum of three (3) years' corporate experience and specific expertise working in the digital domain, using open source, social media and the internet for research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis. Technology should be agnostic and have detailed expertise and past performance with different technologies to understand and exploit this space with operational relevance. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience researching, planning, preparing, coordinating, and executing Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX). Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver. The position requires strict adherence to Army physical security policies, discretion when handling sensitive information, constant attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset whileoperatingwithin controlled access areas and under Secret-level security clearance requirements.
