Job Requirements: Top 5 Required Skills : 1. Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for emails, phone calls, and team interaction, along with active listening. 2. Punctuality, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. 3. Attention to detail, proofreading documents, and handling sensitive information. 4. Resolving scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges efficiently. 5. Arranging travel and timely completion of expense reports. Technologies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams Required Education/ Required Years of Experience: Associates degree. OR High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Department Support Assistant or related work experience. Physical Requirements Push Max Weight Limit = 10-25 lbs.
