Description Metro South Roaming role Field Support Technician- Clinton, Springfield, CA, Waldorf, MD, South DC, Georgetown, Chevy Chase,MD Must have a good car Site to site mileage reimbursed Resource must be very dependable to show up on time when they are supposed to. No one will hover over them on a daily basis Hours and site visits are monitored via badge access Shift: Mon - Friday 9 - 5:30 oIncidents - Software break/fix oIMACs - Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. oRefresh oSupport peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers oBasic experience a with Active Directory oExperience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office oExperience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus oExperience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED oExperience with LogMeIn oTicketing System is ServiceNow oTech walk-up bar at staffed locations Top Skills:* (Resource should live generally south of DC) 1. 3 to 5 years Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment. 2. 3 to 5 years Enduser client -LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment 3. Customer Service Experience 4. Must be fully vaccinated Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clinton, MD.
