What You'll Do

  • Provide advisory support to local leadership teams on people issues within their organizations

  • Support Employee Relations issues relating to performance and conduct, including leading investigations, consequence management and lessons learned

  • Helping managers to create an environment that is conducive to employee engagement

  • Delivery of year-end compensation review process, including reviews of fixed and variable pay and management of the annual promotion process

  • Advise managers and employees on a range of HR issues including, for example, compensation, HR systems and processes, internal mobility, and performance reviews

  • Work with management information (MI) to develop, interpret, act on reporting information/analytics on headcount, attrition, etc. to support and drive effective business decision making

  • Previous relevant experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with senior Business stakeholders

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, at all levels, both face to face and via telephone and email

  • Excellent organization / prioritization skills

  • Work well under pressure

  • Work well under pressure

  • Microsoft office skills

  • Experience in Credit Risk Management (CRM) platforms or other HR tools

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in New York is $75,000 to $129,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
