The Opportunity
As a Senior Program Manager for the Employee ExperienceProgram Management Office(EX PMO)in the Office of the Chief People Officer(oCPO),you will partner across the global organization to develop, manage, and scaleour most critical, employee-facingprograms, initiatives, and operations. What You'll Do

  • LeadStrategicHR Initiatives: Partner with HR leadership and collaborate across COE partners to drivekeystrategicHR programs and processes.Translate executive vision into actionable strategies, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes. Secure investment for transformation efforts through cost-benefit analysesand clear articulation of return on investment.

  • Portfolio Management: Supportdesignand buildofourEXportfoliomanagement frameworkand approach, withfocuson bringing visibility across programs and enabling cross-functional collaboration, resourcing, and prioritization.Drivesconsistency, rigor, and scale by standardizing how work is scoped, delivered, and reported across the HR portfolio.

  • Operational Excellence: Identify,design,implement, and scaleprocess and technology improvements.Leveragesprogramdata and business feedbackto drivecontinuous improvement andaccountability across workstreams.

  • ChampionEnd User Experience: Drive scalable solutions with a focus on usability, global and local relevance, and continuous improvement. Leverage agile practices to test, learn, and adapt quickly. Guide teams in developing intuitive, inclusive services and efficient processes for a variety of personas.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global and regional Employee Experience,Communications,IT, Legal, and Finance teams toalign ongoals, co-create solutions, and ensure smooth execution.Facilitate effective decision making across EX and extended partners in a matrixed, global environment.

  • AI Fluency:Continuouslyexperiment, innovate, andincorporateAI tools to drive efficiencies,optimizationand innovation.

  • Program ManagementCommunity: Supportcapability building and skilling efforts across the global EX PgMCommunity, supporting sharedbest practices,tools, and ways of working.

What you need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience inprogrammanagement, portfolio management, or operationsin global, matrixed organizations,preferably within HR

  • Outstanding ability to programmanagemultiplecomplexinitiatives andoperations,especiallytransformationalchange initiatives

  • Experience designing, implementing,scaling,andoptimizingglobalHR processes and programs

  • Demonstrated abilityto build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization,identifyand align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners

  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights

  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail

  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technicalunderstanding to effectively communicate with technical teams

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133,400 -- $248,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $171,600 - $248,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
