The AP is seeking a self-motivated administrative assistant (AA) professional to provide general admin support for news/photo managers and their direct reports. This temporary position will work closely with other Administrative Assistants to ensure the timely completion of various assignments, including payment invoices and staff scheduling. The AA professional will provide financial control support, including the processing of stringer/freelancer payment invoices and expense reports. They will also handle confidential information relating to news operations and human resources, including the processing and review of time sheets using SAP. What you will do:

This temporary position will end December 31, 2026, with a salary based on years of professional experience and the job candidate's skills and qualifications.
