  • Stay updated on vendor systems and internal IT platforms for HR, ensuring strategic alignment.

  • Enhance stakeholder satisfaction through transparent and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate project delivery with vendors and internal IT teams, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Own system functionality and the technical roadmap for technology and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, localization, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work autonomously with diverse teams and stakeholders, driving results.
  • Demonstrate unwavering dedication to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project completion, setting a standard of excellence.
  • Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision, showcasing your leadership.

  • Strategically plan the technical roadmap, aligning key technical outcomes with overarching business objectives.
  • Participate in all phases of the IT Systems Development Lifecycle, ensuring alignment with both business and technical goals.
  • Support evolving business needs and drive deliverables to timely, high-quality completion.
  • Perform sophisticated data mining and analysis to uncover insights and support informed decision-making.


What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or HR technology roles within complex, global, tech-forward environments.
  • Experience with various HR platforms for recruiting, learning, CRM, People Analytics, and Workforce Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Ability to interpret and apply API documentation for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies, utilizing project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Demonstrates and models organizational values and cultural behaviors, fostering a winning team culture.
  • Strong business acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to connect HR strategy to cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Experience working with developers and cloud solutions, and/or relational database systems (RDBS).
  • Ability to present and participate in architectural/design reviews, and define architectural approaches and best practices for the organization.

  • Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in systems engineering or HR technology roles within complex, global, tech-forward environments.
