The EMR/Order Utility Implementation Lead will oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Epic and Order Utility integrations with the Curo Utilization Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project management skills, Epic experience, and utilization management knowledge to ensure seamless data exchange, system interoperability, and optimized workflows. Candidate should be agile, analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, solution-driven, and adaptable. They should demonstrate the ability to drive strategic direction and represent the integration with enthusiasm for executive leadership and end users. This role is pivotal in enabling efficient utilization review, clinical decision support, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME for the Epic/Order Utility/Curo Connect integration for the Curo Utilization Management Platform
  • Apply utilization management, EMR, and system expertise to support new markets
  • Demonstrate the EMR/Order Utility integration
  • Collaborate with teams on implementation progress
  • Liaise between business and technical teams
  • Document and share business requirements
  • Coordinate testing and validation efforts
  • Track and communicate new implementation updates
  • Act as the primary contact for business partners in regards to the EMR and Order Utility integration
  • Present status reports to cross-functional and executive groups
  • Provide post-launch support for business teams as directed

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with provider-facing documentation systems and leading EMR integrations/implementations
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare provider workflow
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Epic EMR system
  • Knowledge of utilization management processes, clinical decision support, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
