In this role, you will be at the forefront of dealer engagement, serving as a key influencer in how global clients interact with and master our enterprise applications for the Trimble Protection Plan (TPP). You will have a unique platform to shape the customer experience from the ground up, providing you with deep technical insights and the ability to collaborate on process improvements that keep Trimble at the cutting edge of the industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Serve as a vital enterprise-level liaison, resolving complex inquiries regarding the Trimble Protection Plan (TPP) to ensure maximum dealer satisfaction.

  • Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for application services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of solutions to our global partners.

  • Own the escalation and resolution procedure for critical issues, collaborating across departments to maintain seamless service.

  • Contribute directly to the evolution of our protection plans by providing data-driven feedback and implementing process improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer-centric support role with a talent for technical problem-solving.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed through technology.

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and departments while demonstrating a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Foundational knowledge of general business and enterprise workflow processes.

  • Intermediate proficiency in GSuite and/or MS Office Suite, specifically Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, and Gmail/Outlook.

Bonus Points For:

  • Basic exposure to ERP or CRM-based systems such as Salesforce or Oracle.

  • Previous experience or a strong interest in working within an international business environment.

Logistics:

  • Location: Westminster, CO - Onsite (Minimum of four days per week).

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10%, including potential international travel.

  • Schedule: This role requires flexibility to work until 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, to support our global operations and ensure seamless dealer fulfillment.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
