Production Associate-1st Shift

SCHEDULE: 5:30 AM - 2 PM (West Park Location), 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (McKinley Location)

PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly Pay

SALARY: Starting at $16.50

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you someone who takes pride in doing things the right way? As a Production Associate on our Pack Line team, you'll play an essential role in bringing our products to life. Every item that leaves our facility represents quality, care, and craftsmanship - and you'll be part of the team that makes that happen.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to excellence truly matter. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the tangible results of your work each day, this could be a great fit for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this role, you won't just "work the line", you'll help ensure every product meets the standards our customers rely on. On a typical day, you will:



  • Contribute to the assembly and production of high-quality goods by following established standards and specifications
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
  • Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet expectations
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
  • Collaborate closely with your team to meet daily production goals
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts to build your skills
  • Follow safety, quality, and attendance standards that keep our team strong


You'll be on your feet, staying active, and working alongside a supportive team in a production environment where safety is always the top priority. We're committed to maintaining a workplace where everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

ABOUT YOU:

You might be a great fit if you:



  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bring previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not required - we'll train the right person!)
  • Pay close attention to detail and take pride in doing quality work
  • Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Have basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Are comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
  • Can bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Are willing to adapt to changing priorities and flexible scheduling
