Technical Engineer | Level I

As a key contributor to our client's engineering team, you will dive into challenging projects, leveraging your analytical prowess to ensure optimal functionality and performance of technology environments. **What You'll Do:**

* Perform analysis, design, implementation, and configuration of technology platforms and environments with a high degree of accuracy.

* Conduct assessment, development, deployment, and setup of moderately complex technology platforms and environments.

* Participate in team efforts to analyze, assess, and resolve platform defects and incidents of intermediate complexity, escalating as needed.

* Configure, integrate, and maintain the platform/service layer where applications run, ensuring reliability and peak performance.

* Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers to align application functionality with platform capabilities and infrastructure performance requirements.

* Engage with emerging technologies through guided projects, focusing on hands-on experimentation and understanding practical applications.

* Work independently within team guidelines to tackle well-scoped platform engineering challenges.

* Define technical requirements for platform engineering assignments, including enterprise SaaS and PaaS solutions for application development and deployment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to perform analysis, design, implementation, and configuration of technology platforms.

* Experience in conducting assessments, development, deployment, and setup of technology environments.

* Proficiency in configuring, integrating, and maintaining platform/service layers for application reliability and performance.

* Experience collaborating with software and infrastructure engineers.

* Capability to define technical requirements for platform engineering assignments.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Cloud, Network, Database, and Server/Storage.

* Knowledge of observability platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to $36. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
