You'll Rock This Job If You Have:

• Education:High school diploma required; college coursework or a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Electronics, or related field) preferred.
• Experience:Customer service, inside sales, data entry, or similar experience is a plus.
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Officeapplications.
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers byemail and phone, respond to questions, and provide accurate product and service information.
• Generate sales quotationsand enter purchase orders into the company system; follow up on quotes and orders.
• Process requestsfrom sales reps and distributors (e.g., literature, demos).
• Prepare and maintainreports and customer recordsas requested.
• Makecostjustifiable product recommendationsbased on customer needs.
• Become aproduct knowledge expertto assist customers and internal teams.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards (including compliance with ISO 9001).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
