As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a professional location, conducting routine rounds, staying highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assisting employees and visitors with clear communication and customer-focused support. You will document observations, report concerns, and work as part of a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, with a caring culture that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors and perimeter areas; working conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry by following established protocols.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, and assist with documenting maintenance concerns or unusual conditions observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
