Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role * Job Summary A Principal Software Engineer is a senior-level professional responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. They lead a team of software engineers, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and oversee the development process to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient software products. They also collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical architecture, and drive innovation in software development practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Travel Requirements Travel Requirements: Less than 25% Education Minimum of a 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in CS, EE or equivalent Experience Minimum Years of Experience 5+ Served as technical lead on projects that launched to production 15+ years of experience developing state-of-the-art applications 10+ years of experience with SQL, C# and Web Applications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
