At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our CoWork team. Snowflake CoWork is how enterprises interact with their data through AI - instead of writing queries or navigating dashboards, business users ask questions in plain language and get answers, visualizations, and insights. We believe the most important battle in AI right now is the context layer, and Snowflake is positioned to win it. This is a hands-on, 01 building role on a small, high-velocity team: you'll own how people actually reach and use CoWork - in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and on mobile - surfaces that are largely unbuilt today. There's no playbook for what "CoWork in Slack" should be; figuring that out and driving it forward with engineering is the job.

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Build new product surfaces from scratch - define and ship what CoWork should be in Slack, Teams, and on mobile/iOS. These are blank-page problems where you bring the thinking, strategy, and execution to invent experiences no one has built yet.

  • Go deep technically - reason through how each surface ties into the complex matrix of user roles, privileges, data access, and agents. Partner closely with engineering and get into the architecture, not from the sidelines.

  • Drive execution in ambiguity - operate without a defined playbook, hold together the many moving parts of an early-stage product, make calls, and push things forward.

  • Expand enterprise adoption - help take CoWork from a small cohort of power users inside the world's biggest companies to the rest of their organizations, using these new surfaces as the avenue.

  • Partner cross-functionally - work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, design, and product leadership to ship integrated experiences and influence the roadmap.

  • Engage directly with customers - understand how real business users work and translate that understanding into product, building genuine credibility with the people you're building for.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in engineering, data, or a related technical field

  • A track record of building with AI, not just consuming it - has taken a real problem and shipped a system to solve it (personal projects count as much as professional ones, e.g. a system that triages bugs and maps them to conversation volume, or a workflow that preps for meetings by running notes against a model)

  • Technical depth - can reason about systems, APIs, and agents and hold their own in architecture discussions

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity - structures messy problems and has a strong bias to action

  • Strong product sense - knows what makes software good, when to cut scope, and how to drive decisions

  • A fast-learning orientation - has ramped quickly on unfamiliar domains and turned that into real output

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical/analytical field, or equivalent practical experience

BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  • An engineering or deeply technical background - you can read and reason about code and systems

  • Side projects or independently built tools that solve real problems with AI

  • Experience building agentic or LLM-powered products

  • A trusted referral from someone we know and respect

WHY JOIN OUR COWORK TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?

CoWork brings Snowflake to every employee in an organization - not just data teams. You'll join a small, high-velocity team at the frontier of how enterprises put AI to work, owning surfaces that don't exist yet and shaping what they become. We index on raw talent and learning velocity over years of experience or a specific resume - direct experience in our exact problem space is not required. If you thrive on blank-page problems and want to define a category rather than optimize an existing one, this is the seat.
