As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading educational location, you will conduct routine foot patrols across buildings and grounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support students, faculty, staff, and visitors with clear communication and professional customer service. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and collaborate with site partners. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and key campus locations, reporting policy violations and/or suspicious activity to appropriate campus contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate with site leadership, dispatch, and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
