Release Engineer, Advisor Job Locations

Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as the leader and chief facilitator for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and activities in support of the CBP analytics and intelligence support program. The RTE drives continuous delivery of mission value by enabling alignment, flow, and transparency across cross-functional Agile teams. This role leads Program Increment (PI) execution, removes systemic impediments, promotes Lean-Agile and DevSecOps best practices, and partners with Product Management, System Architecture, and Program Leadership to achieve scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance objectives within a federal IT environment. Support will be provided across multiple mission locations:

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
