As a Security Guard - ATM Mobile Unarmed Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to customer needs with clear communication. Working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will bring a people-first mindset, collaborate with site partners, and act with integrity while documenting observations and reporting concerns through established procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including lobby areas, offices, ATM areas, and the exterior perimeter, as permitted by site policy.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks, and report findings according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.
• Complete routine security-related reports, incident logs, and shift activity notes, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
