Position: Material Handler

Location: Loving, NM

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse and Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and material transport in a remote work environment. This role is responsible for coordinating local material deliveries, managing work-in-progress (WIP) transfers between facilities and vendors, and supporting inbound and outbound shipments to maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and transport materials locally using a company vehicle.
• Manage WIP movement between facilities and vendors to support production timelines.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and product deliveries.
• Stock shelves, pull parts, and assemble weekly kits for operational needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support warehouse organization.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and trash removal.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate material handling and logistics processes.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in dusty warehouse conditions and outdoor weather environments.
• Ability to read directions and follow instructions accurately.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with the inventory system are a plus.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to perform hands-on warehouse work.

Work Environment:

• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Remote warehouse location with varying weather conditions.
