As a Security Officer - Perimeter Foot Rounds in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy transportation location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, maintain a highly visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and badge verification. You will assist travelers and staff with professionalism, clear communication, and a customer-first approach while documenting observations using a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, staff, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminal areas, curbside zones, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Perform access control and screening support as assigned by the location, including monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate areas.
• Complete required patrol activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications, and report maintenance concerns such as lighting outages, broken doors, and/or obstructed egress routes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
