Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Annual Bonus

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related field
• Storeroom or inventory management experience required
• SAP experience required (materials management, purchasing, preventative maintenance)
• Experience managing teams and overseeing daily operations
• Strong P&L awareness and business acumen
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Travel up to 25% to locations in KY and TN

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in metals manufacturing or heavy industry
• Purchasing or procurement experience
• Ability to build strong customer and cross-functional relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite integrated supply and storeroom operations
• Supervise and support a team of storeroom attendants and customer service representatives
• Ensure inventory availability, materials management, and workflow efficiency
• Manage site profit and loss (P&L) performance to meet financial and operational goals
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure contractual service commitments are met
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost savings initiatives
• Coordinate purchasing, materials planning, and inventory control activities
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and quality standards
• Travel to regional sites as needed to support operations and program growth
