As a new graduate RN, you can start your training in our NSU unit with a pathway to get to the NCCU. As a RN you'll play a pivotal role in caring for adult patients in a state-of-the-art 17-bed inpatient facility. As a valued member of our team, you'll provide compassionate care to patients undergoing various neuro-medical and surgical procedures, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, and aneurysm clippings/coilings. In addition to procedural care, you'll have the opportunity to support individuals facing a spectrum of neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillian Barre, ALS, cerebrovascular events, and seizures. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
