Care At Home - Who we are: https://youtu.be/FJpe-cbaA7g?si=ula_iBAkPPb7PTPm (Copy and paste into browser) The Clinical Outpatient Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the administration and management of oncology community pharmacy operations at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Pharmacy at Weinberg. This role supports the development and delivery of patient-centered clinical pharmacy services and works closely with pharmacists, technicians, clinic teams, and providers to enhance workflow, operational efficiency, and patient care. The manager oversees both the professional and administrative functions of the pharmacy and collaborates with internal and external partners to support effective pharmacy operations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations. What Awaits You?
Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $54.35/hour - Maximum $95.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
