Accounting Specialist

    
Responsibilities
        
- Making and receiving phone calls from homeowners, collecting payments, resolving payment issues.
        
- Processing amendments from homeowners in rForce.
        
- Process echecks and checks from the field and credit card payments in rForce and QuickBooks.
        
- Manage NAFP process, running payments, collecting back-ends with the completion certificates, including calling homeowners with instructions for payment.
        
- Assist Finance team with shared inbox.
        
- Other job duties as assigned.
        

        
Qualifications
        
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
        
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
        
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
        
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
        
- Ability to learn new software.
        
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
