We are looking for ambitious achievers to join our 2026 Kickstart Internship Program!


As a Human Resources Intern, your work will support the People Team in delivering programs and services that help attract, develop, and support employees across Kennedy Jenks. This internship is designed to provide exposure to multiple HR functions while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

A Day in the Life of an HR Intern:



  • Collaborate with the People Team to support employee onboarding and new hire processes.
  • Assist with HR data entry tasks and review existing data to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide support with recruiting activities, including job postings and candidate tracking.
  • Assist with updating HR resources, guides, and internal documentation.
  • Provide support for employee programs and HR initiatives.
  • Assist the People Team with research and special projects.


Qualifications:



  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
  • Completion of one year of qualified study
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 Applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources


Pay rate for this position is anticipated to be $20 to $25 per hour, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, skills, licensure/certifications, seniority, geographic location, and performance.


Kennedy Jenks supports a healthy work-life balance and utilizes a hybrid model of home and office work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. This approach empowers our people to thrive, collaborate, and achieve their full potential. This position will be based out of the San Diego, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Lakewood, CO office.


Intern Benefits Summary: Please note that this internship will not be eligible for traditional employee benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, or other perks.
