Think Bank is seeking a motivated and detail oriented ACH Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will support Think's mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers by managing the daily administration of ACH processing, reconciliation, and compliance activities.

As an ACH Specialist, you will proactively solve issues by staying abreast of all laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting ACH and making recommendations to improve effectiveness of Think's ACH product. You will also act as the subject matter expert of all things ACH by fielding questions from front-line staff related to ACH procedures and guidelines.

You will use your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve ACH items in a timely and accurate manner. In this role you will also have the opportunity to develop knowledge of payment related products and services, and the policies/systems to support the delivery of payment services.

Additional Responsibilities:



  • Review daily submissions of ACH Batches for established limits and risk management.
  • Provide research or general support to internal departments or clients concerning the settlement of ACH transactions.
  • Stay abreast of all laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting ACH and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of Think's ACH product.
  • Develop and maintain ACH policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA and Bureau of Fiscal Services requirements.
  • Support front line staff by providing knowledge, training, and tools to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor daily reports and perform quality control reviews, including identifying compliance issues.
  • Contribute to the advancement of digital and payment platforms, products, and services through strategic projects, system and product testing, and related business initiatives.


Education and Experience:



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification or working towards
  • Three years' financial services experience


Compensation: $37.71/hour; non-exempt
