Director of Compensation Maryland Pay From: $190,000 MUST: The Director of Compensation must have the following: 10+ years of compensation experience in a multi-site multi- state company (healthcare experience preferred) 6+ years of strong management and leadership experience leading a compensation department Strong experience designing and implementing compensation programs including executive compensation and related governance Experienced with pay transparency regulations Total Rewards experience Knowledgeable of compensation-related laws and regulations Experienced overseeing audits Bachelor'sDegree DUTIES: The Job Duties of the Director of Compensation include but are not limited to the following: Lead the execution, design, governance of compensation for company across office sites throughout the US Oversee base pay, incentive compensation, and executive compensation Manage and train compensation team Translate Total Rewards strategy into guiding principles, market-informed frameworks, and phased implementation plans that scale. Establish role definitions for compensation, progression, and workforce planning as well as clarity and consistency Handle governance, process and enablement Standardize and simplify compensation processes Confirm that executive compensation activities follow appropriate controls Serve as the compensation advisor to Human Resources, Finance, as well as the executive team and provide clear, guidance on complex decisions. Work with finance to inform budgets, forecasts, workforce plans, and incentive design. Oversee analytics, compliance and risk including overseeing market benchmarking, internal equity, and incentive effectiveness Ensure compliance with all compensation-related laws and regulations Identify and mitigate compensation-related risks Oversee audits Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
