Job Summary

Responsible for the accounting and administration of company incentive compensation programs, which involves gathering disparate data from various data sources, analyzing and normalizing to ensure data integrity for analysis. Provide consistent, relevant, and accurate data as well as guidance/knowledge of the data and definitions that are available for analysis.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Provide support on incentive compensation plan options to ensure internal equity and standardization while driving company initiatives.
  • Assists with developing and reviewing pro forma analysis on requested changes and additions to incentive plans to show overall financial impact.
  • Assists with updating incentive plans and maintaining files of signed documents.
  • Assists with compilation of monthly reports to plan participants and management recapping actual performance and payout amounts.
  • Performs system maintenance as needed to reflect changes in incentive plans. Communicates changes to plans to appropriate parties. Analyzes system needs and recommends future changes and/or upgrades.
  • Gathers and compiles raw data, conducts research for industry trends and benchmarks, and normalizes data to be incorporated into a centralized format.
  • Provides recommendations based on findings and analysis. Provides input on policies and procedures.
  • Assists in identifying and implementing process improvements for Incentive Compensation team.
  • Participates in department and interdepartmental projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Robust financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience administering incentive plans across a large multi-state organization.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
