Duties and responsibilities include:

• Conducting research and algorithm development for generative video coding
• Publishing results and making contributions to MPEG standardization
• Any other duties as assigned

This is a part time, non-benefit eligible, temporary Research Assistant position at 50% FTE (20 hours/week).

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualification
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with signal and image processing algorithms, along with proficiency in Python- and C-based development.
