SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Total Rewards Analyst provides analytical and operational support for Shurtape Technologies' compensation, incentive, and benefits programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate administration, financial integrity, and market competitiveness of Total Rewards offerings. Primary areas of focus include benefits billing and reconciliation, quarterly and annual incentive calculations, compensation benchmarking support, and backup coverage for payroll and the HR Service Center. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and collaboration across HR, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Support maintenance of salary structures, ranges, and pay tables.

* Assist with job pricing and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

* Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition to support compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

* Support recurring compensation processes including, but not limited to, bonus payouts, incentive plan calculations, merit cycles, and periodic market studies and survey participation.

* Maintain incentive pay guidelines (e.g., project, sign-on, and retention incentives).

* Assist in monitoring pay equity and analyzing gaps across protected classes.

* Prepare compensation metrics, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.

* Audit, reconcile, and process benefits vendor invoices and billings; track spending and collaborate with Finance to ensure ongoing accuracy.

* Audit benefits deductions in payroll to ensure accurate employee and employer contributions.

* Serve as a liaison with benefits vendors to resolve issues, maintain relationships, and support continuous improvement of offerings.

* Assist with benefits open enrollment planning, communications, testing, and processing.

* Administer and support all company total rewards programs

* Complete benefits-related compliance activities

* Provide backup support to Payroll and the HR Service Center, including issue resolution, audits, and HRIS data loads.

* Research and assist in resolving payroll, benefits, and compensation discrepancies.

* Maintain job description templates and database; coordinate with HR Business Partners and provide final approval for job description publication.

* Support HRIS reporting, data integrity, and audit preparation.

* Monitor and maintain ancillary systems (e.g., badge system, Fidelity funding, STD processing).

* Maintain knowledge of current trends, regulations, and best practices in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards administration.

* Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience across Total Rewards processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

* General knowledge of Human Resources administration and Total Rewards best practices.

* Demonstrated ability to adapt to frequent change, shifting priorities, and evolving processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

* High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

* High level of integrity and confidentiality.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.

* Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (Payfactors is preferred).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience

* 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards, or Payroll

* HRIS experience required
