Previous laboratory or quality control experience Experience working with adhesives, coatings, or chemical products is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Why This Role? Requirements Perform routine lab testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Record and document test results accurately in quality systems and lab reports Follow established testing procedures and quality control protocols Assist with troubleshooting product quality concerns and identifying potential improvements Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness Follow all safety procedures and company policies within the lab environment Support production and quality teams to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications Friendly Team.
