Administrative Support
Plan, schedule, and organize meetings, events, and academic seminars. Communicates professionally with speakers and vendors; prepares accurate agendas, meeting invitations, and minutes; coordinates complex scheduling tasks; support effective presentations using audio-visual technology; coordinates travel arrangements for speakers; and distributes promotional materials. Orders and organizes food for meetings. Order necessary supplies. Participate in planning meetings and events as needed. |

DIVI Finance operation by processing contracts, honorariums, and other financial transactions. Prepare expense reports. Assist with financial reports and invoicing. |
