Director of Business Development Sales (Residential) McLean, VA Pay From: $70,000 per year MUST: Experienced Director of Business Development Sales Proven track record selling high-end luxury new homes, preferably pre-construction Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients needing remodeling work - new kitchen, new bathrooms, additions, etc. Ability to read and understand construction documents including blueprints, floor plans, home specifications, look-book, and contract documents Develop detailed new home pricing and options Develop detailed interior design elements working with architects and interior designers Demonstrate experience building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers Ability to identify and qualify subcontractors and obtain accurate pricing/bids. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in new homes sales and general contractor services DUTIES: This role involves developing a new sales pipeline, creating a strategic sales plan, cold calling, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will possess extensive new construction sales experience, the ability to interpret floor plans, house specification, interior design, contract documents, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
