APL Developer (Python Migration Project)

Project:
Migrate APL (APL+Win) calculation-intensive regulatory tools to Python.
Tools are standalone with Excel input and text/PDF/Excel output.

Must Have:
Strong APL experience (APL+Win or Dyalog APL)
Python proficiency

Nice to Have:
Life insurance or finance industry background
Regulatory/calculation-heavy tools experience

Details:
3 interview rounds
20-40 hrs/week (40 preferred)
