Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Strategy Director who can contribute to our Transportation & Mobility growth strategy by:

  • Engaging on value and delivering on value. Position the 3DS Platform as the channel to engage, to deliver our solutions, to create our value network and interact with it.
  • Gathering, enriching and sharing 3DS knowledge and value proposal for the Transportation & Mobility industry to the North America Sales teams.
  • Formulating and estimating the business value of our Industry Solutions in the context of Transportation & Mobility industry and its Clients.
  • Supporting and consulting Sales, Industry Business Consultants and Industry Solution Consultants during customer engagements.
  • Executing sales enablement training sessions, enriches enablement and certification material related to customer knowledge, such as Industry fundamentals with Landscape, Wins, and replication.
  • Enriching generic Industry Value Models, replication paths, references, and proactively communicates to/with North America Leaders and Planners on Industry Go-to-Market Strategies, upcoming initiatives and solutions major updates.
Qualifications
  • Conferred Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience driving strategy within the Automotive, Transportation & Mobility industry
  • Business Consulting or Sales governance expertise
  • Dassault Systemes solution portfolio knowledge a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of industry challenges and the end-product lifecycle, proven business acumen, ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, and the capacity to assess risk and drive go/no-go decisions through formal decision gates.
  • Excellent network within the industry to leverage our business
  • Ability to engage at the Executive Level

Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
