Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour

Shift Hours: 7am - 3pm +OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

  • Primary function is to hang the birds on the evisceration line that fall on the conveyor in the transition from the kill line to the evisceration line
  
  
  
  

Success Measures

• Safety: FSQA audit scores, safety rates, and environmental compliance.
• Operations: Yield efficiency, line efficiency, and labor management.
• People: Retention, internal promotions, training, and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for prolong period of time (8-10HRS)
• Able to hang chickens weighing 4-10LBS
• Able to use hand-held tools such as knives, scissors, etc
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, lifting up to 5LBS, pushing and pulling arms required.
