TITLE: Scheduler II, Commissioning

LOCATION: Remote


POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing program schedules to ensure successful execution of complex projects and portfolios. This role partners closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership to drive schedule integrity, assess risks, and support datadriven decisionmaking. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading schedule development, applying scheduling best practices, and managing baselines in a fastpaced environment.

Schedule Development & Maintenance


  • Create, update, and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) using industry standard tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) aligned to program scope and deliverables.
  • Ensure logic-driven schedules with meaningful dependencies, constraints, and resource alignment.


Schedule Analysis & Reporting


  • Perform critical path, schedule risk, variance, and "what-if" analyses to identify impacts and opportunities.
  • Evaluate progress, forecast timeline impacts, and provide schedule performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver schedule reports, dashboards, and briefings to program leadership and customers.


Governance, Compliance & Baseline Management


  • Establish and maintain schedule baselines, ensuring changes are documented and approved.
  • Ensure schedules comply with internal scheduling standards, earned value management (EVM) requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Support audits, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and schedule health assessments.


Collaboration & Communication


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to collect schedule inputs and validate task durations and dependencies.
  • Facilitate schedule reviews, working sessions, and risk-mitigation planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project stakeholders on scheduling best practices.


REQUIRD QUALIFICATIONS :


  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of schedule logic, critical path methodology (CPM), and earned value principles.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable schedule information.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :


  • Experience in complex, multi-year program environments (preference in IT or manufacturing).
  • Working knowledge of EVM systems and cost/schedule integration.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-SP) or scheduling certifications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay Range: $74,851 - $112,222 per year
