Description Process invoices in invoicing system timely and accurately; Download invoices from utility websites and collect invoices from vendors; Add new vendors in vendor management system; Track monthly invoices on excel templates; Manage Tenant and Vendor Insurance process, collecting proof and calling on expired COIs; Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance that come on vendor invoices; Support the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention Process invoices in invoicing system timely and accurately Add new vendors in vendor management system Track monthly invoices on excel templates Manage Tenant and Vendor Insurance process, collecting proof and calling on expired COIs Maintain accurate records of all repairs, and maintenance that come on vendor invoices Support the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management role Skills Required: Proficiency in property management software (eg Yardi, AppFolio) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Customer service orientation Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Haves: - 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management role - Invoice management experience - Proficiency in property management software (eg Yardi, AppFolio) Nice Haves: - Real-estate experience - Working knowledge of lease agreements and rental law - Basic understanding of building maintenance Soft Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach - Customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Overland Park, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
