About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Management Coordinator to support our property management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while helping enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do * Process vendor invoices accurately and on time using our invoicing system * Add and maintain new vendors in the vendor management system * Track monthly invoices using Excel templates * Manage the Tenant and Vendor Insurance process, including collecting proof of insurance and following up on expired Certificates of Insurance (COIs) * Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance reflected on vendor invoices * Support the property management team with day-to-day operations and tenant needs * Contribute to positive tenant experiences and long-term retention What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications * 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management * Experience with invoice management or accounts-related tasks * Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio Skills & Competencies * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities * Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills * Proactive mindset and customer service orientation * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Overland Park, KS. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
