SkyWater Technology is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to help manage and enhance a complex and growing NetSuite environment across multiple locations. Focusing on system configuration, customizations, integrations, training, and process improvements. This role will report to the Sr. NetSuite Administrator working cross functionally between finance, accounting, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities System configuration and setup User access and role management Managing internal webstore and access Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with senior administrator to implement solutions Customization, configuration, workflows, and scripting Security and compliance (SOX) New release review End user support and enablement End user Training Continuous process improvement Reporting and analytics Skills and Qualifications Certifications or coursework related to NetSuite administration Workflows Scripting SCA (eCommerce) Advanced projects Revenue recognition Integrations NetSuite WMS Basic understanding of financial and operational business processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Supply Chain Preferred Qualifications Certified NetSuite Administrator Key Competencies Ability to translate complex business processes into ERP Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across the organization Risk-based thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and influence across teams Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP administration in a manufacturing environment The annual salary range for this role is $94,720-$142,080. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
