Director of Talent Acquisition The members of the Inland Group of Companies (Inland Deicing Services, Inland Technologies, and Quantem Aviation Services) are highly experienced in aircraft de-icing, environmental management, aircraft fueling, ground handling and pretty much any other aviation support service you can think of. We operate at over 50 airports in three countries. About the Role We are seeking a high-impact Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform how our organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent. This is not a traditional recruiting role-it is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we consistently hire the people who will drive our business forward. In this role, you will work directly with senior leadership and operational leaders across the organization to anticipate workforce needs, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and deliver measurable hiring results. While the role does not have direct reports, the Director provides strategic oversight and direction to HR Operations Specialists supporting recruitment activities across the business, ensuring a coordinated and highly effective hiring function. This is an opportunity for a seasoned talent acquisition leader who thrives in complex environments, understands how to influence outcomes across an organization, and knows how to compete aggressively for talent in demanding labor markets. What You Will Own Enterprise Talent Acquisition Strategy You will define and drive the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational growth plans and operational priorities. This includes building scalable recruitment frameworks, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring the organization is positioned to compete for top talent. Organizational Hiring Performance Working closely with HR leaders, HR Operations Specialists, and operational leadership, you will coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple departments and locations. Your leadership will ensure hiring teams operate with clarity, consistency, and speed, delivering strong candidates while meeting aggressive hiring targets. Talent Market Intelligence You will bring deep understanding of talent markets, using data, workforce planning insights, and industry trends to inform hiring strategies and anticipate future workforce needs. Strategic Talent Pipelines You will develop proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns that build sustainable pipelines of high-quality candidates, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Recruitment Excellence You will elevate the organization's recruitment capability by introducing best practices, optimizing recruitment tools and systems, and ensuring hiring managers and HR partners have the support they need to succeed.
