What to Expect

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong finance and accounting background to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on finance, ERP optimization, and process automation.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Revenue & Cost Accounting, and Technology, driving initiatives that improve financial processes, automate workflows, and enhance financial data visibility across the organization. The TPM will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that modernize finance operations.
The ideal candidate understands accounting and financial operations, but is also comfortable leading technical programs involving Inventory/cost accounting, accounts payables, purchasing and accounting books close.


What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end program management of finance transformation initiatives, including accounting automation and financial systems improvements
  • Drive cross-functional projects across Finance, Accounting, Data, Engineering, and IT teams
  • Manage programs related to ERP optimization, system integration, and financial reporting infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance and accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Translate finance and accounting business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and systems teams
  • Coordinate program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
  • Support initiatives related to financial data governance, reporting automation, and operational scalability
  • Partner with internal audit, controllership, and compliance teams to ensure systems and processes meet required control and audit standards

What You'll Bring
  • 5-10 years of experience in program management, finance transformation, financial systems implementation, or related roles
  • Understanding of financial processes such as financial close, reconciliations, cost accounting, accounts payables, purchasing and financial reporting
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs involving business and technical teams
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience partnering with engineering or data teams to implement scalable financial solutions
  • Experience working on finance automation, digital transformation, or ERP implementation projects is preferred
  • Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred
  • Background in FP&A, accounting operations, or financial analytics or professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are advantageous
  • Audit experience or collaboration with internal/external audit teams is a strong plus

    Expected Compensation
    $144,800 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
