We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our team! Someone who keeps an overview, brings structure, and enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment.

Responsibilities

• You ensure that the planning across our three core processes (printing, cutting, die-cutting) runs smoothly for both our Belgian and US sites.
• You keep an overview, monitor coherence in the planning, and ensure deadlines are met.
• You actively participate in operational planning: you step in where needed and handle complex planning challenges yourself.
• You contribute ideas on how we can make our planning smarter and more future-oriented, for example by further embracing digitalization and automation.
• You show strong flexibility to handle lastminute changes and take care of the organizational preparation of the pre-capacity meeting and the capacity meeting.
• Will coach and mentor other planners on the US Team.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor's or equivalent in experience in a similar planning role.
• You are strong in organization and analysis: you maintain overview and structure, even under time pressure.
• Decisive and effective communicator.
• Flexible and able to switch quickly when needed. Occasionally, you are available by phone to align with the weekend finishing team.
• Curious about how digitalization and automation can improve planning processes.
