Overview The Head of U.S. High Yield Research is responsible for leading our U.S. high yield credit research efforts and is part of the Global Fixed Income Research team, providing differentiated fundamental insights to support our fixed income strategies. This role combines hands-on sector and issuer coverage, team leadership, and close partnership with portfolio managers to drive consistent alpha generation across credit cycles while maintaining strong downside risk discipline. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s): Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities
Oversee fundamental analysis and relative value recommendations of U.S. high yield issuers across sectors and capital structures, including crossover, stressed/distressed, and loan-only credits. Relative value recommendations should be dynamic and may differ across an issuer's corporate and capital structure.

Compensation Base Pay Range: $200,000 - $225,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
