Account Manager

Overview:The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Blue Yonder's key customers within the CPG vertical. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, ensuring the successful implementation and usage of Blue Yonder solutions, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The Sr. Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and fostering a collaborative partnership with the customers.

Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
• Understand customer needs and objectives, while ensuring Blue Yonder's solutions meet those needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Lead customer meetings and business reviews to ensure alignment and address any issues or opportunities
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering value through Blue Yonder's solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product Development, Support, Sales) to ensure customer success
• Monitor and analyze customer usage and performance metrics, and provide strategic insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional Blue Yonder solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions- knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions is a plus
• Understanding of AI and machine learning-driven applications for predictive analytics
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
